How to cancel a subscription

To cancel a subscription through us at Minna Technologies; you have to follow the steps below:

• Find the subscription you want to cancel on your transaction history or subscription overview.
• Press the subscription on your list or overview and press «Cancel».
• Enter the information to locate your subscription, and we will send the cancellation to the service provider.

We will contact you when the Service provider kan handled the cancellation.

You can only cancel subscriptions that are identified as a subscription on your overview or transaction history.
