If you have a long bindning period remaining on your subscription, the cancellation will not go through and we will notify you via email.
If, on the other hand, you have a shorter binding period (eg. less than 3 months), the cancellation can be registered now, but the subscription will be cancelled once the binding period expires.
You cannot cancel a subscription during the ongoing binding period with a final invoice here through us. You must then contact the service provider directly.

I canceled my subscription. I have received a confirmation email on 05.10.2025 and on 06.10.2025 i see a -99 nok from my bank account. Please stop my subscription and return the money
